Ebony pillars had switched from a trot to a slow canter as he neared home. Dial turned around for a second every once in a while to check if the painted fae still followed close to his lead. Talons' beat against the sod beneath slowed to a quad as he climbed the slippery rock beneath him. His beat was slower than normal as he cautiously climbed until he had reached the top. His skills could've just as easily brought him up the side of the rock but had every intention to be cautious with the fae and show her the safer way rather than the adventurous and dangerous way. He walked to the center as body faced the west. He waited a bit until body soon collapsed over ebon pillars, causing a dust cloud to rise above him. He looked towards the horizon as the sunset soon began and filled the sky with beautiful blues, pinks, and reds. It was breathtaking as he hoped she would like it as well.

It had seemed like an extremely long journey towards her hope-to-be home. She made a prance almost the whole way, but kept her speed at a constant pace and didn't rush herself to keep up with the Lord. Sapphires watched hopeful as she caught glimpse of the enormous rock structure. Becoming a bit tensed up, she halted and watched her Lord climb the tall, slippery slope. Knowing she wouldn't be able to climb without damaging herself, or the foal, she stayed where she was and enjoyed the view herself. Sapphires began to have life in them once more, until pain suddenly struck through her barrel. It would be any day until the foal came, and Alabaster only hoped her new Lord would allow her and her foal to stay, unless mind was changed.
Painted arab mare felt tired by the long journey. She slowly collapsed to the dampened topography and curled her muzzle near her enlarged barrel. Sapphires already began to close as she was barely awake, not aware of anything around her. It was getting darker out anyways, and all she needed was a nice break from a hard day.

He waited a while for her to come up until he soon realized that she was not going to come up. He Placed his talons beneath him as the muscles in his pillars raised him up. He walked to the edge and looked down. She was lying down. Was she sleeping or had she collapsed from her malnourishment? He hadn't the slightest clue. He then caught a glimpse of how her hip bones stuck out yet her ribs did not. Was she in foal? He quickly jumped down the side of the rock, the more dangerous way, as he reached the ground. He walked up towards her and dipped her dial down. Miss Alabaster? May I ask a couple questions? Are you tired and are you in Foal? Pillars bent beneath him as he laid down near her but not too close as he remembered the time earlier. Mahogany pools had concern floating on them as he looked at her.

Pearled midnight damsel managed to raise her head to look at him. Her eyes were pale with no signs of emotion or life. She watched as he laid down next to her, and she tried to make out a smile around her muzzle. A slight, cool breeze blew by, as tassles blew over her striped diamond. It seemed she had no choice but to answer the steed's questions. Afterall, she was his now.
Lord Rajan, indeed I am in foal, and extremely exhausted.
She gave him a brief, faint smile before rolling on her side and resting gently, enjoying the cool breeze that seemed to cool her off from her exhaustion.

A smile spread across his maw as she smiled at him. Boa stretched utas he gently nudged her side to try and make her feel better. Thezephyr blew across them as the stars began to appear along the navy blanket in the heavens. Gaze soon returned to the painted pelt of the fae as he wondered if the foal would be like her or the father? He wondered for a second until lyrics soon escaped into a gentle, soothing whisper. Sleep well m'lady for you sha'll need the energy. Boa soon replaced dial in forward direction as auds stood erect and alert but occules were covered by lids to rest them but he would never fall asleep as he never has since the year before as his stallion instincts took over to protect himself and those around him. In this case, it was two in one.
